Youth Sports Mental Health

Participating in team sports help children become more confident, social, inquisitive, respectful and engaging. It has also been shown to increases executive functioning, self-regulation and helps with decision making. However sometimes pressure from adults can be damaging and cause children to relapse.

Come join us with Kathryn Ames, the founder of THRU THE GAME, and USA Olympian Ben Pinelman as they share some of their passion working with teenagers as well as the importance of their mental health.
