FreeParticipating in team sports can help children become more confident, social, inquisitive, respectful and engaged. However, pressure from adults can cause a positive activity to become a negative stressor.
Join us with Kathryn Ames, a licensed professional counselor and founder of Thru the Game, and USA Olympian Ben Pinelman as they share strategies on how to prioritize youth’s mental health while participating in sports.
