Infant Massage

Parents and caregivers are invited to this series to improve communication and bonding, learn relaxation techniques, and increase caregiver confidence.

This class is best suited for babies at least 6 weeks old and up until they start crawling.

Week 1 (October 9) – Leg & Feet Massage

Week 2 (October 16) – Abdomen & Chest Massage

Week 3 (October 23) – Arm & Face Massage

Week 4 (October 30) – Back & Full Body Massage
