Parents and caregivers are invited to this series to improve communication and bonding, learn relaxation techniques, and increase caregiver confidence.

This class is best suited for babies at least 6 weeks old and up until they start crawling.

Week 1 (June 4) – Leg & Feet Massage

Week 2 (June 11) – Abdomen & Chest Massage

Week 3 (June 18) – Arm & Face Massage

Week 4 (June 25) – Back & Full Body Massage
